Scenario: Managing Response Time in a Growing Community
When your Jive instance launched a year ago, you and two teammates were responsible for answering all questions and facilitating conversation through discussions. Today, your user engagement and activity has increased dramatically; you and your two teammates can no longer answer all questions alone.
