New to Jive - We recently renamed our Jive instance and URL and are are now receiving undeliverables when sending via email to the optiv url. See below. Is there something I can change in our configuration to allow email submissions?

I see where you have also filed this as a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community. Reviewing through it the behavior now appears to be resolved after a change was made by our hosting team.
