Is there an issue with the online help? Via this link in the Jive Community (and when I've tried to access it for other things in the last couple of days), the main heading links show up in the left column but do not expand to show topics beneath. If you search, results display but the links do not open.
Thanks for pointing this out. I too noticed irregularities when selecting the Help link therefore I have brought this up internally.
As a potential work-around for you, you might have better luck accessing the Jive 7 doc's directly Jive 7.0 Community Admin Documentation. They are slightly different then the Cloud documents Core Help but can be a temporary solution.
