    Case: Extracting data from Jive

      We are having some problems logging a private case on the Jive Community.

       

      Can you please provide some assistance in regards to extracting all of our data from Jive?

       

      We would like to know the size etc. of the extracted file.

          Hi Kathryn,

           

          I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble submitting a case.  Please reach out to your community manager, dpeter, as needed for assistance submitting a support case.  Due to the confidential nature of certain topics or content, it should not be filed as a public forum question.  In the meantime, I do see you were able to submit a case here:

           

               Extracting all data from Jive platform

           

          So I'll pick up the case and help you out from there.  Please follow the case development directly in that support case moving forward for this issue.
