What would be the best way to find a list of newly registered users?

With Jive 5, we were able to use the People tab in the Admin Console and the User Search would immediately populate a list of all users.  From there, we could sort based on Registered date.  Unfortunately we've been unable to find this functionality within Jive on the Cloud.

Searching a wildcard (*) in User Search does provide a list of all users, but there's no sorting functionality based on Registered date or any of the other headers.

Is there any way within the Admin Console or elsewhere to quickly get a full list of our users with the ability to sort by Registered date?

      Thanks!

      Matt

          Hi Matt,

This behavior should be relatively unchanged from Jive 5 to Jive Cloud and, depending on the permission level assigned to your user, you should still see the option to sort by registered date via the following methods:

          1. Admin console >> people tab

          2. Browse People >> sort by date joined: newest first (though no specific date is given)

Additionally, if you are only looking for counts you might find the CMR >> Community health report meets your needs:

Lastly, if these options are not quite what you are looking for you might also find the Data Export Service ( Using the V2 Jive Data Export Service (Analytics) ) available in the Jive Cloud platform would allow you to develop a custom report which includes the additional information your are wanting. If you are interested in this option I would also recommend reaching out to the Jive Developers community if you have any questions about this service.

          Thanks!
