    Video Playback Error: We are unable to connect to the content you've requested.


      We're getting an error (see screenshot below) on playback of videos within our internal Jive Cloud community.


      However, not all video is impacted but seemed to occur after we started moving videos from a top level space to a Subspace. Now all videos within the top level space and subspace receive this error.



      Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
