This is something that you should take up with Jive support if you haven't done so already. If your production environment is affected they can help better and faster than the dev community in most cases.

Thank you for reply. Could you please let me know how to approach the Jive support team? We are using all browsers including Internet Explorer 10.
But only few users facing this login issue.
Generally the issue with the users could be that they may not be Federated . Could you please confirm if the users who are trying to login are Federated and Active in Admin console.
Also, Please paste what is the Exception, being thrown in the Logs below ? Search for the term Exception and paste the below Log.
As a paying Jive customer you should have access to a private support group here in the Jive community where you can post a case. Work with the person responsible for your Jive system if you don't have access
