Is there a Forms App builder solution available from Jive for version 7.0.x

Hi,

I saw this documentation although a bit old from the community related Forms App feature. I would like to know the following in this regard.

1. Is this solution available for Jive 7.0.1 or, higher?
2. If not, is there a similar solution available currently? If not, is there a roadmap for such as solution?
