    forward e-mail notifications from jive not working




      I have a question regarding e-mail notifications from Jive.

      We had to find a workaround for external employees to inform them about changes in specific groups within our Jive platform.

      We tried to set up an Outlook rule for one of our employees to forward e-mail notifications coming from that group to our external employees (who do not have direct access to our Jive platform).

      That is not working. Does anyone have an idea why?
