    API call has stopped working for us

      Please help ASAP,

       

      The API call we have been using regularly without interruption or problems has stopped working. Please diagnose and let me know what has changed on your end. Here is the call we've been making for DES:

       

      https://api.jivesoftware.com/analytics/v2/export/activity/csv?count=1000000&additionalFields=context.web.sessionId,activity.actor.creationDate,activity.destination.url,activity.actionObject.assumedResolved,activity.actionObject.questionStatus,activity.actionObject.resolved,activity.actionObject.numHelpfulAnswers,activity.actionObject.resolutionDate&after=

       

      We then feed our last load date onto the end of call before submitting to your server. Like I said, it's been working just fine until July 4th.
