    Latency and intermittant performance


      T-Mobile is currently experiencing intermittent latency and performance in T-Community.


      Please investigate and provide an update.  Thank you!


      We have found that this issue predominantly presents in Internet Explorer - Performance is better in Chrome.

In order to troubleshoot this behavior please submit a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community and the next available support engineer can assist in further investigations. Additionally, when you submit your case please review through and provide the following type of information, which will help to narrow the scope/determine the cause of the behavior.
