    Community not communicating with Email to send to Salesforce


      I hope this is "opening a ticket", The 1 pager had a lot of things on it and I think this is the right place. Our community is not communicating to the jive email that is supposed to create the salesforce cases in our system, so that we can get responses done. Please have someone look into that.
