The discussion you linked to is requesting access to Google Analytics, which we do not manage access for. I believe you'll need to go through your existing admin user to add, remove, or edit users as outlined here:
Were you referring to the out of box Jive Community Manager Reports (CMR), or is this in fact Google Analytics?

I was referring to Google Analytics.
Since I entered this ticket, Andrew Vaz, Jive Software |Director, Professional Services asked that I open up a ticket
at the "Interface Global" group.
He said once it is opened, it will be routed to the right people. He asked for me to mention him and he will work
internally with the right folks to get resolution for me.
Now, I'm currently trying to get access to the Interface Global group in Jive so that I can enter my ticket there.
I'm hoping that by entering a ticket in that group, someone will respond and can tell me who the admin is for
the google analytics account that my company has for the tracking reports of https://interfaceglobal.jiveon.com.
The main issue is that I do not know who the admin is for that google analtyics profile. (So, I don't know who to ask
to give my user Agustina access to the google analytics reports.)
