    "Invalid token" message for password reset requests


      Hi there - I see bgurley posted this same help request February 3 but I don't see a response to it: I requested a password reset for my test account and was twice sent a token the system called invalid. Is anyone having this problem, and is there a way to fix it that won't involve the Admin changing it in the Admin Console? Wonder if jivesupport, @SethPurkerson or @NathanHoward know?
