Our video provider uses Edgecast as a CDN, which is currently being blocked outright by the Chinese government - China Blocks Content Delivery Network Edgecast, Cutting Access To ‘Thousands’ Of Websites | TechCrunch.
That being said, Edgecast and out video provider do have a solution that can be provided on a per customer basis depending on your Jive version. As such I would suggest submitting a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community where the next available support engineer can assist in confirming the option is available for your instance and assist in getting this set-up.
