My team and I are running into a problem when replying to some feedback solicited from our customers. We asked them to submit some ideas and one of them did. We're attempting to reply to that comment, but a few of my colleagues are running into an error that says:
"Your content could not be saved due to an error. You may have been logged out. If this problem persists please contact your system administrator."
I, myself (as a complete System Admin in all regards) am able to submit a response, but a few of my colleagues tasked with manning these responses are not able to. They've tried logging out, logging back in, restarting their computer, trying on a different computer--all to no luck.

Reviewing through your description I would suggest checking out Helpful information for troubleshooting "You may have been logged out" errors. Then, opening up a support case in your customer group here in the Jive Community with answers to the 5 questions outlined in that document as this will assist the support engineer assigned to the case in further investigations.
