    An error occurred while submitting your post.


      Yesterday around 2:30 one of our client started getting the following error: "An error occurred while trying to submit your post. Please try again." She repeatedly tried and repeatedly failed using Chrome.

          Sorry to hear you are seeing an error when posting a reply. In order to further investigate this type of behavior I would recommend opening up a case in your secret customer group here in the Jive Community where the next available support engineer can assist in further investigations directly in your instance. Additionally, if you could provide the following type of information when opening the case, this should help in their investigation:


          1. Username of the user

          2. A link to the content where this behavior was occurring

          3. Were other users seeing the same behavior or was it limited to a specific user

          4. Was this behavior limited to Chrome

          5. If the user clears out their browser's cookies and caches does this resolve the issue
