I understand you're looking to confirm the points update frequency for when a user has accrued points. This should be updated very shortly after achieving the requirements to earn the points (in most cases, immediately). I presume you're on Jive 220.127.116.11 and are using out of box status levels as defined here:
If you're seeing a significant delay, I would recommend submitting a support case in your secret Jive Community group for investigation. If you aren't yet familiar with the case submission process or how to submit one, please reach out to your community manager for guidance.
