    Access to jive sandbox

      Hi I'm trying to access the jive sandbox with my user for the first time, but get an "Username or password invalid"

      Although I had changed my password recently (yesterday), my newly inserted password is correct (password managers don't lie)

       

      Because I don't get any "password forgotten" mails or "I don't remember my username" mails I do think my account is not configured properly.

      Can you please have a look?
