    Community breadth as a full Enterprise Socbiz tool

      Can you point me to resources, which will help me build a case for the breadth of the Community program: Supporting & nourishing Functions like

      <Customer Support> to an <Advocate Hub> to a <Marketplace>, even if we may have specific tools for each of the functions, the Community being the central connective tissue & nervous system that can feed the successes & synergies.


      I'm trying to build a usecase on exec investment in Communities first and then individual marketing tools.
