    Authorizing an Add-On in the sandbox fails

      Dear community,

       

      we try to obtain an access token using the Authorization Code Grant, which is described here:

      Currently, we fail between step 5 and 6. The authorization screen is shown to us, after logging in the user's permission are not sufficient to grant the access (see image below).

      I should note, that two different user accounts were involved:

      1. Uploading the Add-On
      2. Granting access (image above)

       

      Is this scenario possible or is it necessary to use the same user account for both tasks?
      If it is possible, what can I do to make it work in the sandbox?
