I have a Jive 7 user that travels frequently and relies on email for Jive correspondence. He is unable to log into the site to reset the 30 day timeout which I understand from the documentation is preventing him from receiving email notifications. Is there a way for me as a Jive admin to reset this for him? If I updated the LASTLOGGEDIN field in the JIVEUSER table of the Jive database, would this resolve the issue?
I see support was able to respond to your private case around this question. I wanted to respond here in case another member of the community had the same question.
If you do not wish to have them disabled, then you can login to the file system and run this command to set the startup property.
jive set eae.core.user-recency-enabled False
This will require a restart to take effect.
