    OAuth authentication does not work for our system

      Dear community,

       

      we are experiencing problems using OAuth authentication for our Jive instance (NOT the sandbox). We follow the process of getting a token as described here:

      How To Use OAuth 2.0 for REST API Calls

       

      We retrieve our access token as described in steps 4 and 5, but performing REST API calls (step 6) still fails with a HTTP 401 'Unauthorized' message. We try to access the inbox endpoint:

      Jive REST API v3.12 → Inbox service

       

      Could this be a configuration issue? What could be the reasons for this behaviour?

      PS. We already contacted Jive customer support, but we were told, that the developer space is a better place to ask for help.
