I'm curious to know how you've structured the permissions on your instance of Jive. Particularly, what permissions do your community managers have and how do they differ from those of admins? What's the size of your community and in relation to that how many people have special privileges? What permissions do you set up your dev team (if any) with? What other roles do you create on the system? What privileges do they have?
The context is that we're over 4 years into our journey with Jive and we've recently done some cleaning up to ensure that there's only a small set of administrators. We could probably downgrade permissions further and see where it takes us, but in the mean time I thought it might be a good idea to hear from the rest of you what good practice may be!
