I see where you have filed this as a case in your customer group (Retrieve a document in draft status from a disabled account. ). For reference here was the response:
In order to retrieve that copy you have to ways.
- If you manage the space in which the document is contained you can access through the admin console Space->Document Management and edit the document, at that point you can publish it or copy it elsewhere.
- As full admin: If the user is federated you can unfederate it and reset its password.
