    can't invite members to community


      I have been able to invite myself at my gmail address, but not other members of the team at their corporate email accounts. What am I doing wrong?

          Hi Dan,


          Please check the email domain listed on the Registration Settings page and verify if the corporate email accounts are listed here.  In the Jive Admin Console, navigate to People > Settings > Registration Settings.  If the issue persists, you may want to file a support case in your Jive Community customer group to check the outbound mail logs and verify that the invite did go out (it's possible the invite got intercepted by spam filters).  We can also help you review your settings at a more personal level.
