We're looking at utilizing the new Support Center feature in our cloud/Jive-X instance. Right now I'm testing things out but have run into a problem.
When configuring support center and adding a space to pull in recent activity, after clicking on save (regardless of publish setting), the space is not being retained and not showing. When it returns to the main support center page it's as if I've not selected a space.
The space was newly created and has permissions adjusted to only be visible to admins (I don't want our community seeing things while I'm testing it out).
Is there a reason support center isn't retaining the addition of the space?
I'm sorry to hear about the missing space. I'm not aware of any bugs around restricted permission spaces and cannot seem to reproduce the issue. This may require further investigation, so I'd recommend submitting a support case in our Jive Community customer group to get this process started.
