I'm sorry to hear about the Carousel Widget upload issues you're seeing. You might try testing a different image or in a different place (social group, space) to see if the issue is related to a specific image or place. Additional, check for any browser errors. This is normally denoted at the bottom near the browser status bar, depending on your browser. Along this line, please also try a different browser or workstation to help rule out if the issue could be browser or machine related.
If the issue persists, I would recommend submitting a support case in your private Jive Community customer group for direct troubleshooting. If you're not familiar with how to file a support case, please work with your community manager to verify for how your submission process works.
Thanks Jeph Yang. Those are all good ideas. For now, we've opted not to display that particular photo, but once I find more content for the slideshow, I'll troubleshoot this by testing it in a different space and/or a different browser. Hopefully that will resolve the issue.
