There are some users in our community that we would like to disable from the Rewards so they don't accrue points or earn Expert Badges. I have 'deactivated' them in the 'Players' section of the Rewards console, however they appear to automatically reactivate the next day.
How do I permanently deactivate them from rewards, without deactivating them from Jive altogether?
I'm not aware of any bugs around the Rewards user deactivation flow (without deactivating the user in Jive). If you're able to reproduce this consistently and with other users, I'd recommend submitting a support case in your private Jive Community customer group for direct troubleshooting.
