    Joining the Jive Community as a Customer

      Hi Libby Taylor,

       

      I have a new colleague who wants to join the JC. She is an Administrator. I've sent invites for her to join Jive Support and she is not receiving them because she has not yet registered as a Jive Community member. When I try to send her a link to sign-in to the Jive Community, I get this error message below. Does this have to do with Jive's connectivity issues, or am I in the wrong place?
