Many of the migration activities for test runs and the production upgrade will be handled by Jive Hosting. You can work with your Account Manager to start this process. Test runs and prod launch activities are just one part of the process and if you've not done an upgrade before, it may be a good idea to work with either Jive Professional Services or a Jive Partner to guide you through the process and ensure a successful launch.
