Would love to hear ideas about how we might leverage our internal jive community to support quality initiatives - either by engaging our healthcare workers, or maybe by even utilizing it to engage patients.
At Spectrum Health, we have the annual Synergy Awards, which recognize organizational leaders in quality and safety. There's a gala event and it's all promoted and posted on our Jive instance, InSite. At its peak it averaged close to 1,000 views a day, which is pretty good for our instance. We also have Safety Story blogs, articles, etc. that all are pretty popular.
