    Support Portal not recognizing multiple categories?

      In my instance of the support portal, content belonging to more than one category seems to be filtered out - is this intentional? It seems counter intuitive as we use categories to help narrow our content. Example:

       

      Document "Managing Support Introductions (SOP)" belongs to both Sales Management and Customer Management categories in the Customer Team space. Filtering on either category shows the document, but filtering on both shows nothing (I've tested this with other docs as well).

       

      Why have the ability to select multiple categories if the content will be filtered out? Is this a bug, or am I just doing it wrong?
