    How do I enable the "extend visibility" link in the admin console?

      I am trying to create a group and I want to extend visibility, and I do not have that link.

       

      I cannot seem to find how to add it in the admin console either.

          Hi Sarah,

           

          I am not familiar with an "extend visibility" feature in Jive, for clarification could you provide a screenshot or link to an article where you saw this feature mentioned?

           

          Additionally, if you are seeing options missing from a group's creation process you might not have high enough permissions set for your user. For more information on social group permissions you might find the About Social Group Permissions section of Jive documentation helpful. If you find you are missing a permission for your user I would recommend reaching out to the Community Manager of your instance as they would be the person/team who could update this on your behalf.
