    Jive Cloud Admin Console

      Hi, it appears I've lost access to the Admin Console on Jive Cloud and am unable to reset my password.

          Sorry to hear you have lost access to your instance. While I cannot provide you with access to a Jive instance through a public discussion, if you are seeing access issues with your instance, please file a case in your Jive secret group here in the Jive Community and the next available support engineer can assist in either providing you with access or pointing you to the current admin of your instance, who would be able to provide this to your account.
