    Early Bird Plan


      Dear Support


      I would like to raise a query regarding my subscription on an Early Bird Plan for Outlook that I had purchased on April 02, 2014, amounting of $899 for a lifetime.



      Apparently, my subscription has been expired, and I can not integrate it anymore to Microsoft Outlook. Therefore, please do the needful action, and provide me a feedback in this regard.


      I tried to raise this issue with producteev support with no luck and i really appreciate if you can help in any way.
