We have an issue with Synchronization with Jive and our AD. But only for one subset of users in the AD structure. No changes have been made on our structure in AD, but every time the synchronization occurs the users in this structure are set to disabled in Jive. I have reactivated. But alas a little while later they are deactivated automatically. They are not deactivated in AD. They have the correct groups. When I move a user as a test to another part of the AD structure (another "office") all is fine. This only started occurring on the 4th December 2015. It is urgent as I do not want to have to unfederate all the users in this group so that they can access the system. I have done so for two users who needed urgent access to documentation.
Hi in addition now we seem to have problems with most users are not able to connect - getting an error that username/password incorrect. Users are in the correct AD structure, with the correct groups. No changes have been made to the environment.
