We have configured SAML authentication with our ADFS and Jive. After turning on the SAML, when we click "Login" the jive server is popping up with username and password. Our AD accounts don't seem to work. When we click "Cancel" it then redirects the page to ADFS for authentication and logs us in. Here's what I see the Jive log.
"GET /login.jspa?referer=%252Fwelcome HTTP/1.1" 401 10669 0 1 "https://xxx.xxx.xxx:8443/sso/logged-out.jspa" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/6.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E)" "text/html"
Has anyone seen this error message?
Reviewing through the behavior there might have been a step skipped in the Configuring SSO with SAML process. However, to confirm I would recommend submitting a case in your customer group where the next available support engineer can assist in reviewing through your instance. When you do so, if you could provide screenshots of the behavior you are seeing as you go through the login process or a test account they can use this will help in their investigation.
