We found that others are having the same issue with the newest version of Jive for Outlook ( 30.3.5). We are running Office 2010. According to the link below, it has been recognized as a bug. As of November 30, there was still no resolution or ETA. I am wondering if there is an update, and if we can be informed with a fix has been made.
Looking at the issue mentioned in the linked discussion, JENSO-7704, no updates are available at this time. However, if you would like to track the issue and receive updates on it, please submit a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community and the next available support engineer can assist in associating your instance with the bug.
