    Error 1722 - Jive for Office

      A colleague tried to load Jive for Office and Jive for Outlook - both failed to install with the same Error code (1722). He tried to repair the installation without success.  He is running Windows 10 and Office Home & Business 2013 - Outlook version 15.0.4771.1004.

       

      The install log says: "Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action AllUsers_Register_Loader_OUTx86, location: C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\, command: regsvr32.exe /s "C:\Program Files (x86)\Jive\Jive for Outlook\JiveOutlookLoaderAllUsers.dll"
