    Jive for Outlook is not working

      Katharina Büttner told me that the Jive for Outlook is not working for everyone on their try jive platform. I already opended a case here: Jive for Outlook is not working but this space is not accessible for her.

      Her she would have the chance to add screenshots and more information.

       

      Can someone assist?

          Hi Patrick and Katharina,

           

          Since this is a trial site, you won't have access to a private customer group and will normally receive support through your sales rep or account manager.  Since this is a public discussion, it's not ideal for support troubleshooting with confidential details.  I will reach out to our team member working the existing support case to contact you through email.
