In order to better troubleshoot this behavior please submit a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community and the next available support engineer can assist with investigations into your instance. When you submit the case if you could also provide the following it should assist them in their investigation.

2. A screenshot of where you are adding the links
3. An example of one or two of the links you are attempting to add
