Can someone help me today? I am unable to login to my Jive Cloud instance even though I am definately using the correct password (i noted it down). Also, when resetting my password I never get the reset email sent through. Can someone help me? My instance is below:
I'm sorry to hear about your access issues to your Jive-x Cloud environment. I don't see that this is a live site, so that explains why you're not receiving emails. I would recommend working with your existing commuinty manager to setup your access.
