    Joining my group in this community


      I've been invited by our internal administrator of our company group within this Jive community twice but haven't received the invitation, and therefore cannot join the group. What are we doing wrong?

          Hi Joey,

          I did some search and found your membership for your customer group in pending status.  I looks like we're waiting on approval from Amy Quaid, who is currently the owner/administrator of the group.  If you're able to reach out to Amy directly to expedite this, that should also get you access right away.
