If she has not already done so, she will need to Verify her email address. This is typically done the first time a user logs into producteev but it can be easily overlooked. If she has verified her account and she is not receiving email, can you provide me her email address so that I can review our mail server?
Thank you so much for getting back to me. It appears I am not receiving updates from this network either, so I would appreciate the help. I have been using producteev for almost 3 years, and am getting updates from my work network, just not for this conference network. I have verified mine for sure.
Is there a more secure way I can send you our addresses rather than posting them in a forum?
I went through your network members and I updated settings in our Mail server so that Kimberly will receive emails.
You mentioned you are not receiving emails, are you not receiving them for all activity in the conference network or is it limited to some tasks, such as ones assigned to you or the response on a note?
