    not receiving producteev email updates

      My colleague and I are part of a network we are using to plan a big international conference in June. We have a big team, spread all over the world.

       

      Yesterday she let me know that she is not receiving email updates, and after looking into her settings, it looks like all the boxes are checked for notifications both emails and notifications on the site (the on-site notifications seem to be working just fine). There isn't anything in her spam folders, and she is checking the right email address.

       

      Is there anything more I can do to make these emails come through? Could it be that we are on more than one network (I am having a similar problem that I only get notified for one network I am on, all my notifications settings and spam filters check out as well).

       

      Help!!!
