Migrating content from SharePoint to Jive?

Has anyone written a script or built a tool that can migrate content out of SharePoint 2007 and into Jive? I am looking for any and all possibilities to build an automated way to migrate content (at minimum, threaded discussions; in a perfect world, corresponding documents and uploads) with as much data integrity as possible. Integration between the two sites with widgets is not an option as the SharePoint site will disappear. I need to either migrate content/discussions or decide to abandon them. There are about 2500 users on SP and tens of thousands of messages/comments. If you have built something like this, please let me know as I have a client very interested in this service. THANK YOU!

Just to clarify, we are currently using SharePoint 2007 at J&J, and this will be a VERY useful migration tool if we can get it to work.

The structure of SharePoint doesn't really tie documents to discussions, so we have a need to migrate:
Threaded discussions
Documents with version history & metadata
Other lists & libraries - we'd have to determine if & how these map into Jive content types (i.e. calendar, survey, contact list, workflow, etc.)

    Are you on jive cloud, hosted or on-prem? If not cloud, what version are you on?
    
    Does your jive instance already have content, or are you migrating to a new site?
