"Impact metrics" itself gives you the desired result ! Why you want in rest api?
This is something, which is similar to analytic's of the post. Don't find any reason to get this in REST API
Yeah, but can do ! you need to access to the DES Using the V2 Jive Data Export Service (Analytics) service, which would allow you to obtain this type of information via API calls.
I found another but maybe related answer. To query the impact metrics of the Impact Metrics Document,
