    UX Design Best Practices by Use Case

      Hello Jivers!

       

      I'm in process of overhauling my company's internal instance where there are more than 8000 unique groups being managed in a decentralized manner.  Our team is required to implement community UX best practice recommendations based on the following use cases: Support, Mktg/Comm, Ideas, HR.  Does anyone have access to Jive documentation detailing out these best practices for various page level elements (widgets/containers)?  I've poured over the design doc Libby Taylor produced which is great but looking for more ideas based on those use cases. 

       

      Can anyone help shed light?
