I noticed that one of our members lastly updated his profile yesterday. However, on his profile and on the admin console his last login date is in October. Why hasn't it been updated? Would that also affect User Adoption data?
Thanks for raising this question around the incorrect last logged in date for the user. There are a number of possible issues that could have caused this, such as session timeout or SSO. To investigate this thoroughly, I would recommend submitting a support case in your private Jive Community customer group and a team member will review the available data. In the support case, please confirm the user's account details and the last login date.
