Reviewing through your description, your user might not be assigned the "manage community" level of admin permissions for your instance. For more information on the various permissions available you might find the About System Administration Permission Levels section of the Jive Documentation helpful.
Additionally, if you are needing increased permissions for your user I would recommend reaching out to the Community Manager of the CRH instance as they woudl need to grant you these permissions.
Which is the procedure to regain Manage Community rights on crh.jiveon.com ?
It seems that for this community there is no community manager and no system manager.
My initial question related to request access administrative rights was not received a response.
